Development of Web portals and Mobile applications as per First assurance requirements (Pipeline tool for prospect management, broker quotation tool, customer/client web portals and Mobile Apps)
Undertake user experience (UX) design as per first Assurance requirements to ensure product integration, branding, design, usability, and function.
Undertake marketing automation and digital marketing of First Assurance products and services.
Deploy Artificial intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to automate some of the identified manual processes within First Assurance.  
Perform API integrations of all the developed tools with the existing core applications.
